Maker & Collector GuideAccessibility Statement
The network's current accessibility commitments and feedback route.
Commitment
Core content is designed for keyboard access, visible focus, responsive reflow, reduced motion, text scaling, meaningful landmarks, labeled controls, and source-visible alternatives to media. Mobile menu and player targets aim for at least 48 CSS pixels.
Known limits
Third-party maps, advertising, HubSpot forms, Archive players, YouTube, and external ticket pages have their own accessibility behavior. The current release has automated structural checks but not a completed independent screen-reader and real-device certification.
Request help
Use the contact form with the page URL, device or assistive technology, the task you were trying to complete, and the barrier. A plain-text source or alternate route will be provided where practical while the issue is repaired.
Contact, correction, or request
Use the secure contact form with the relevant URL, request, and best supporting information. Do not send passwords, active ticket barcodes, payment-card data, government IDs, or unnecessary sensitive information.
